Q. What is a Pub & Paint Party Event?
A. A new way for adults to experience a night on the town! Our customers arrive at the venue and are given a canvas, painting tools, and personalized instruction from an experienced artist. At the end of the night, they’ll leave with their own beautiful work of art that captures a fun memory.
Q. How many people can we expect?
A. Pub & Paint events have at least 12 participants and average between 25-35 for weekly events, and 15-25 for bi-weekly events. This number varies depending on seasons and other variable factors. We cannot guarantee minimums on food and drink orders, but offer an option to promote your drink specials on our website.
Q. How long does it take?
A. Each event will run for approximately 2 hours. Our staff will arrive 1-2 hours before the event start time to begin setting up and stay about 30 minutes after to clean up.
Q. What’s required?
Access to a trash receptacle, running water and enough seating and squared-edge tables for up to 30 participants.

Q. How are furniture and floors protected?
A. We will ensure any flat surface remains clean of paint, using tablecloths and cleaning supplies. The water-based acrylic paint we use is non-toxic and septic safe, making it easy to wipe away once we’re done. Rooms that have been carpeted, or with cloth seating require owners approval, but can be protected with tarps.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. Pub & Paint does allow cancellations or rescheduling tickets, but we do require a 24 hour notice. Cancellations should be made via our contact page. This provides us the opportunity to fill the space. We will provide a full refund or reschedule you with 24 hours notice. We will charge the event fee for reservations not cancelled 24 hours in advance, this includes cancellations due to inclement weather. (Please keep an eye on the weather and cancel your tickets in advance if your area is expecting dangerous travel conditions.)
In the event of dangerous travel conditions due to the weather, Pub & Paint events can be cancelled at any time. If cancellations occur, ticket holders will be notified by email. You can also check our weather policy page for current Pub & Paint cancellations.
Public classes are subject to cancellation without a minimum of 12 attendees. Cancellations are rare and customers will be notified via phone and/or email of cancelled classes . This includes sudden changes due to a high number of customer cancellations.
If an event is cancelled, ticket holders will be automatically sent a credit voucher code to be used to reschedule their Pub & Paint experience.
